‘Apathy’ originally started as a piece of work, where I showcase my portraiture skills, but since I was spending lots of time with debaters and people, who are politically active, I also started collecting interviews with them. Now I am looking to publish them all in a magazine format.
This is just a rough preview of work in progress. I hope to be publishing the final digital copy soon.

‘Apathy’
‘Apathy’ focuses on politically and socially aware young adults. I am directly involved with the subjects I photograph through a debating society that meets on Tuesday evenings to debate global events and social attitudes. I have captured their daily life, taking portraits, and collecting interviews about their views and ideas. The young people I have chosen to photograph have a variety of political opinions some of which have been inherited from family members others have chosen their own direction. With this project I want to communicate the message of care, empathy, and an open mind.
